Phlebotomist Ernestine does a perfect blood draw every time. She's personable and always upbeat. I won't have my blood draws anywhere else now.

The workers need to be more respectful and more at ease with the people that they represent

They promote free std testing for the uninsured on their website and over the phone but will send you a $200 bill two weeks later. If they would have been more transparent, it would have been a nice experience. Unfortunately, with so many connecting offices/business in one building, they spread misinformation and blame it on someone else.

The first time I used their services was to help spread awareness about their free HIV testing week. I decided to try it out myself, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and informative. They are very attentive to STI screening calls. There's no reason to be unaware of your status.

Update: Their phone system also doesn't work with a newer iPhone. Their phone system is not compatible with Google Pixel phones. Haven't been able to call my kids pediatrician to make or cancel appointments. Can't get through to the WIC office either.
